With this delivery, we were able to support the kittens in the Romanian cities of Cluj, Baia Mare, Zalău and Bistrita. The non profit organization "Ein Herz für Streuner e.V." (A Heart for Strays) helps animal welfare activists here - they all want to curb the suffering of the cats. But the situation sometimes seems hopeless... The effects of the Corona pandemic are now becoming very clear: the cat population is rising sharply. As this disturbs some people, there is also an increase in cruelty against the animals. 🥺😿😿

Currently, more cats need to be cared for than ever before. Without help, caring for the kittens and treating all the emergencies is simply not feasible. We are saddened by the situation in Romania and incredibly grateful for the efforts of the animal welfare workers on the ground every day. Thanks to your help, the kittens don't have to worry about hunger for the time being. This takes a lot of pressure off the animal welfare workers. That's why we thank you for every filled bowl! ❤️😻😻
