In Patras, Greece, animal welfare activists Eleni and Eliza take in little car-finned kittens time and again. The kittens feel safe under parked cars - but the supposedly safe hiding place can quickly become a death trap. The animal welfare workers are alerted to the little kittens by helpless cries and then have to react quickly before the little ones meet their death in the engine compartment or wheel well. 😰🆘

For the kittens, Eleni and Eliza are true guardian angels: here they are lovingly fostered and can finally feel really safe. But the two animal welfare workers often don't know how to feed all the kittens. Besides the many new arrivals, they also take care of some long-term residents. We are very happy that the two of them don't let it get them down and continue to lovingly take care of every cat - even if it is often so difficult.
