The "IG Katzenschutz Leipzig e.V." was founded in 2001 and is dedicated to the well-being of cats in Leipzig and the surrounding areas. The association cares for sick, abandoned, and homeless cats, many of which come to them under difficult circumstances. Currently, around 35 cats find temporary refuge in the association's own cat house, where they are cared for, nurtured, and receive medical treatment. The association places particular importance on supporting cats that suddenly find themselves without a home due to the death or severe illness of their owners.

The heartfelt dedication of the animal welfare volunteers deeply moves us. It is wonderful to see how you support the team with your food donations. Thanks to your generosity, we were able to send another food delivery to Leipzig, which will benefit the animals in need there.
