The call for help from animal welfare activist Valentina from the Romanian city of Brasov deeply moved the entire feed a cat team. The lone fighter cares for more than 150 cats on her own, with only her husband supporting her as best she can. Although they had both lost their jobs in the tourism industry since the beginning of the Corona pandemic, they did not give up. They looked for a new job and never stopped caring for their fosterlings despite all the problems. But instead of thanks for this selfless commitment, the two are often met with sheer hatred from the population - street cats are not welcome here by many. 😭
